Thanks for the post and insight I've been in the same situation, so true this - "you can't scale yourself" I thought I could and almost burned out , I love the challenge of
deadlines, and delivering but not at the cost of sanity and health , systems and colleagues helps a lot with scaling

Hey Alex, I mostly Edit and Direct which are solo jobs, but I've made a conscious effort to collaborate more, when the Job offer comes, I write the pitch, someone makes the Pitch deck and negotiates, For Editing, I get my asst editor in touch with production early and work together more, so I lose a bit control over some aspects but as long as we all have the same goal to make a great, video, commercial, movie, etc. it works out better
